Mowed my yards and just ran 3 m at 9:34 per mile. Most
importantly, I weight below 110 lb now and is going to win a weight loss
bet with a friend to get $1,000 on 5/1. Glad to get rid of 15 lb from
the carbs I intake during my full marathon training, and now I am light
enough for cross US cycling.
I run faster without trying when weight lighter.
